32 - Pigs in Dirt

Pigs snuffle and snack, pigs sample plants and dirt and search for seeds and grains.

When pigs aren’t sleeping, we are moving – smelling, tasting, sorting through soil.

We smack and inhale, scouring and searching for the smallest bits.

Just like deer browse in the brush, and sparrows swoop in the sky, pigs snuffle in the dirt.

We smell, we taste, we snout about.

We eat in dirt, we sleep in dirt.
