20 - A Prerequisite for Pigs

Wilma:

Around 1000 BCE, there were lots of pigs in southern Greenland.

European settlers brought them there,

To feed the Greenland people.

Pigs can go all sorts of places,

But pigs like comfort, food, and shelter.

Greenland wasn’t all that friendly to the pigs,

And so they didn’t stay.

Mona:

Take pigs along? Sure.

Convince those pigs to stay? No.

Not without good food.
