Wilma:

When the Spanish decided to explore the mainland,

Caribbean pigs hopped aboard the ships to Florida.

They’d had a run of bad luck with the Norse folks and Columbus, but pigs were optimistic.

A new place with new food?

“We are pigs and we adapt,” they said.

And so pigs came to spread across North America, starting with its swamps and forests,

Moving from the south to west and north.

Mona:

Pig space, people space

Always looking for new space

Space race. Why not share?
